This policy applies to purchases of estimating and bid-support services from Takeoff Services LLC.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

Full refunds are available if you cancel before we start work on your project.

After Work Has Begun

• Partial refunds may be offered based on work completed to date.
• Rush fees and third-party costs (if any) are non-refundable once incurred.

Delivery Issues

If deliverables do not match the agreed scope, notify us within 7 days. We’ll work to correct the issue or provide a reasonable remedy.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@takeoffservicesllc.com with your project name, invoice number, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
